Summary

Description
English: Weather vane, The Keiller Museum, Avebury Alexander Keiller inherited a huge fortune aged 9 and spent much of it in Avebury and the area around it. He carried out excavations at Windmill Hill and among the finds was the skeleton of a young child. It is displayed in this museum, which he established. It contains numerous artefacts arising from those and other excavations including some dog poo. Cold wind today.
