Description
English: Steam pumping engine, Markfield Road, Tottenham. This 8 column independent Woolf compound beam engine was built by Wood Brothers of Sowerby Bridge and was used to pump sewage. It is currently undergoing a full restoration to working order. The engine house is seen in the background of another picture on site - 391189.
