Summary

Description GWR Collett "57XX" Class 0-6-0PT No.4696 with number painted on buffer beam, GWR-style, at Tyseley shed, at Tyseley Shed, 03/67. It must have been one of the very last ex-GWR locos in service - or at least not withdrawn - at that time. Also in the roundhouse at this date were GWR "16XX" 0-6-0PT No.1638, "51XX" 2-6-2T No.4176, preserved LNER "K4" 2-6-0 No.3442 "The Great Marquess" and LMS 0-6-0 diesel shunter No.12066. Outside were LMS Class "5MT's" Nos.44675, 44663, 44833, & 45296 and BR St.Cl." 5MT" No.73045. Scanned from photograph taken on a Kowa SET.
